This is a global private equity firm specialising in Asia's infrastructure investment.

Your new role

• Portfolio Oversight: Monitor and manage the operational and financial performance of infrastructure assets.
• Value Creation: Identify opportunities to enhance asset value through operational improvements, strategic initiatives, and capital structuring.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with portfolio company management teams, regulators, and co-investors.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed performance reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and investors. Coordinate quarterly and annual reporting to Limited Partners (LPs) and internal stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Assess and mitigate operational, financial, and market risks across the portfolio.
• Transaction Support: Assist in due diligence, valuation, and integration of new investments into the portfolio.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree or CFA is a plus.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in asset management, infrastructure investment, transaction services or related fields.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and Excel/Power BI skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven track record of driving operational improvements and value creation.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with commercial acumen.
