Your new role

• Handle the firm's credit collection and control processes
• Perform debt collection and follow-up on cases
• Monitor current and outstanding balances
• Handle regular reporting and data analysis
• Ensure workflow meets control requirements
• Partner with Insurance agents and brokers, Operations departments and other stakeholders to resolve any issues

What you'll need to succeed

• An Associate Degree or higher in business or accounting-related fields
• 2+ Years of Experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivables
• Exposure in the Insurance industry is a plus
• Solid communication skills
• Teamwork mindset
• Goal-driven
