While their headquarters is in Orlando, this opportunity offers the flexibility of a fully remote role.

They are seeking an accomplished EVP, Head of Annuity Solutions to spearhead strategy and drive growth. In this high‑impact position, you will lead initiatives in new business development, strengthen and expand key client relationships, oversee and mentor a high‑performing team, and guide in‑force management, financial reporting, and broader strategic priorities.

To excel in this role, you'll need deep annuity expertise and a proven track record as a senior leader within the insurance or reinsurance sectors.

Key Responsibilities

New Business & Client Leadership (45%)

• Drive annuity/retirement reinsurance growth strategy
• Lead client negotiations, presentations, and solution design
• Oversee innovation, pricing, modeling, and governance
• Direct due diligence and approve underwriting decisions
• Prioritize high‑impact strategic initiatives

Team Leadership (25%)

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary actuarial/R&D team
• Build a high‑performance, collaborative culture
• Partner across functions to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing

Financial & In‑Force Oversight (25%)

• Review and sign off on financial results and forecasts
• Present to board, regulators, auditors, and rating agencies
• Oversee risk metrics and support key experience studies

Other (5%)

• Engage with industry groups and lead strategic projects

What You Bring

• 15+ years in insurance/reinsurance with deep annuity expertise
• FSA, CFA, or MBA with relevant experience
• Proven leadership with actuarial/analytics teams
• Strong strategic, communication, and decision‑making skills

Preferred: U.S. annuities/retirement expertise, reserve frameworks, accounting standards, and experience studies.
