Description

Our client is currently going through an exciting period of building and growth of their Consulting advisory business, with a key focus on sell-side and buy-side clients across banking and financial services industries in the region.

Responsibilities:

• You will play a pivotal role in leading client engagements, shaping strategic agendas, and as well as executing deliverables for your clients.
• You will drive business development efforts including proposal creation, client relationship management & thought leadership
• You will be expected to bring deep industry expertise and a strong execution of complex strategic transformation initiatives.
• You will be comfortable navigating different organisational structures, and stakeholders but also very hands-on in working at all levels within the team to ensure efficient delivery of projects for your clients.
• You will be key point of contact for any related urgent issues

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of proven leadership experience in management consulting or in-house strategy delivery roles within financial services industry (banking or insurance)
• Expertise in one or more areas: growth strategy, transformation, M&A/post-deal integration.
• Candidates from MBB (McKinsey, Bain or BCG) management consulting experience highly desirable
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in cross-functional teams and managing complex engagements.
• Functional specialists (e.g., Actuarial, Finance, Pricing, Digital) with a track record of solution design and implementation
• Cantonese and / or Mandarin language skills are a plus
