A well-established financial services organisation is seeking an Assistant Manager, to join their Fraud Investigations team.

Your new role

• Investigate fraud alerts and suspicious transactions
• Analyse data and documentation to validate alerts and identify fraud patterns.
• Prepare detailed investigation reports with findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with credit risk, compliance, and audit teams to strengthen fraud prevention measures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate investigation records.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree holder or above in Finance, Accounting, Law, Criminology, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fraud investigations, risk management or related areas
• Experience in loan operations will be a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to handle large datasets
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data analysis tool
• Professional certifications (e.g., CFE, CCEP) are an advantage.
