What you'll be doing:

• Deliver high-quality technical transfer pricing advice to Financial Services clients across a range of complex issues.
• Act as a key client contact, managing and nurturing relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Lead and manage multi-jurisdictional projects, overseeing day-to-day delivery and ensuring exceptional client service.
• Collaborate closely with teams across international tax, indirect tax, and advisory to deliver integrated solutions.
• Oversee project financials, including budgeting and billing, ensuring profitable and efficient delivery.
• Develop and mentor junior team members through coaching, training, and on-the-job guidance.
• Report to senior leadership, providing clear updates on project progress and risks.
• Play an active role in business development, identifying new opportunities and supporting marketing initiatives.

What you'll need:

• Professional qualification such as CTA, ACA, ACCA, CA, or a relevant degree in economics, finance, accounting, law, or similar.
• Minimum of five years' experience in Transfer Pricing, ideally involving advisory work, documentation, benchmarking, tax authority engagement, and project management.
• Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset and sound judgment.
• Proven ability to manage risk, assess technical complexities, and involve specialist support where needed.
• Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Experience within the Financial Services industry is highly advantageous.
