Key responsibilities:

As an Asset Management professional, you will support onboarding, fund registration, and compliance monitoring to ensure regulatory adherence.

• Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with AML/CFT and regulatory requirements
• Manage SFC-authorised fund registration, filings, reporting, and coordination with group entities on related matters
• Review marketing materials to ensure compliance with local regulations, group standards, and applicable laws
• Support ad hoc assignments as delegated by the team head
• Conduct pre- and post-trade compliance monitoring and other routine compliance duties

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring compliance experience in regulated environments, strong attention to detail, multilingual skills, and the ability to work collaboratively under pressure.

• 2-3 years' experience in a compliance function within a regulated entity or compliance consultancy
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (written and spoken)
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of risk management and legal matters is an advantage
• Prior experience working with local regulators is highly valued
