Description

A leading financial services firm is looking for an experienced Compliance professional to join on a 6months maternity cover contract at the AVP level. This role focuses on supporting the day‑to‑day execution of the firm's compliance framework, including providing regulatory advisory to business units. The individual will be involved in maintaining policies, procedures and internal controls, as well as supporting compliance monitoring, testing and thematic reviews. Responsibilities also include assisting with incident management, regulatory reporting, and engagement with regulators on queries, submissions and inspections. The role will contribute to compliance training and awareness initiatives across the organisation. This position requires strong stakeholder management, drafting skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently within a structured compliance environment. Prior experience within a regulated financial institution and familiarity with Singapore regulatory standards are essential.
