Description

Our Client is a global asset management organization, they are seeking a VP, Distribution Operations AP to support the accurate and efficient day-to-day delivery of Distribution Operations.

Responsibilities

1. Process daily unit trust dealing orders accurately and on time; submit to Global Transfer Agent within cut-off.
2. Manage investor account opening, maintenance, and transfer requests within agreed turnaround times.
3. Coordinate subscription/redemption settlements with investors and Global Transfer Agents; perform timely cash reconciliation.
4. Handle corporate actions such as dividend distribution/reinvestment and fund mergers.
5. Support new fund launches, including Mutual Recognition of Funds (MRF) operational setup, KYC coordination, and bank account opening.
6. Handle operational enquiries and resolve issues promptly; escalate when required.
7. Ensure daily activities comply with procedures, controls, and regulatory requirements.
8. Review workflows and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
9. Support system enhancements, UAT execution, automation, and process migration projects.

Requirements & Qualifications

1. 3-5 years of experience in distribution operations, fund services, or financial services.
2. Experience with retail banks or call centres in an asset management context is an advantage.
3. Proficient in MS Office; VBA skills preferred.
4. Strong command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
5. Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure.
6. Strong communication skills, teamwork mindset, and a high level of responsibility.
