We’re hiring a Financial Adviser in our Sunshine Coast office to deliver high-trust, strategy-led advice and build long-term client relationships. You’ll own the advice process end-to-end, backed by strong admin and compliance support so you can stay focused on clients.

Futurevest is a fee-for-service advice firm providing holistic advice to families, professionals, and business owners, predominantly in the accumulation phase.

Key responsibilities

Deliver holistic advice aligned to client goals, values, and risk profile (super including SMSF, investments, insurance, retirement planning, cashflow, and estate considerations as relevant).
Run client reviews, implement advice, and manage ongoing service and renewal workflows.
Maintain best-practice compliance: clear SOA/ROA rationale, clean file notes, and audit-ready records.
Build the book through referrals and relationship management, not product pushing.

What we’re looking for

Authorised Representative to provide advice.
3-5+ year’s advising clients
Strong communication and a client-first, ethical commercial approach.
Evidence you can execute: retention, client outcomes, process discipline, and business development (where relevant).
Clean compliance history.

Compensation

Base: $120K-$140K + bonus (structure based on client outcomes, retention, and growth contribution).
