We are partnering with a leading professional services firm to hire an experienced Audit Manager / Assistant Manager to support their growing assurance practice across a diverse portfolio of non-financial services clients.

The Role

Audit Manager (Financial Services)

• Lead audit engagements or support the Engagement Partner in delivering high-quality audits, including statutory audits and annual audits
• Oversee the full audit lifecycle - planning, execution, resourcing, and delivery - ensuring timelines and milestones are met
• Review financial statements and provide insightful financial analysis and reporting
• Manage and build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
• Supervise, coach, and mentor junior team members to drive performance and development
• Contribute to business development initiatives, including proposal preparation and client presentations

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Experience in financial services, asset management, or multinational environments is preferred
• Qualified accountant (HKICPA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent)
• Minimum 2+ years' audit experience gained from a Big 4 or reputable professional services firm
• Solid licensed corporate audit experience is essential
• Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and work effectively under pressure
• A proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Fluency in Mandarin is essential, with strong communication skills in English; Cantonese is a plus
