Description

• Manage reception desk and greet guests
• Handle phone forwarding and update phone directories
• Support on facilities matters and daily office operations including regular maintenance of office equipments, access right control and liaison with property management team
• Assist on the organisation of internal corporate events
• Manage office supplies and inventory

• Bachelor degree holder is preferred but not a must
• Open to flight attendant, hospitality and customer service background candidates
• Good command of written and verbal English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proactive team player with a can do attitude
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good computer skills include Excel, PPT and Word
• Organised and detail-oriented
