A well‑established international asset management firm is seeking a Sales Manager to support its Wholesale Distribution business across Southeast Asia, with a focus of growing retail segment and platforms.

The firm is globally recognised for its research‑driven investment approach and long‑standing heritage in active asset management. It is particularly well regarded for its capabilities in sustainability‑focused strategies, quantitative investing and credit, and works with institutional and private wealth clients worldwide. The Singapore office plays a central role in overseeing distribution and investment management activities across the Southeast Asia region.

The Role

• This position sits within the Asia Wholesale team and partners closely with senior sales leadership to develop and strengthen relationships with wealth managers, private banks and intermediary platforms across Southeast Asia.
• The role offers a blend of client coverage, sales execution, product education and stakeholder coordination, making it well suited for candidates with experience across sales, client servicing or distribution support who are looking to deepen their wholesale exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide coverage and relationship support to Global and Regional Wealth Managers, Private Banks and intermediary partners across Southeast Asia, alongside senior sales managers
• Plan and execute wholesale activities including product pitches, sales initiatives, marketing campaigns and partner events
• Deliver regular fund updates, investment education sessions and high‑quality client service to support asset retention
• Support asset growth initiatives through structured sales campaigns and targeted client engagement
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to support broader regional wholesale objectives
• Contribute to strengthening the firm's wholesale distribution presence and brand profile in the region

Ideal Experience

• 5-10 years of experience within asset management, wealth management or related financial services
• Background in wholesale sales, client servicing, relationship management, sales support or distribution roles
• Strong understanding of economics, capital markets and investment products
• Interest or exposure to sustainable / responsible investing is advantageous
