The VP of Asset Management for the Housing Authority of the City of Tulsa (THA) is responsible for the strategic oversight of THA’s portfolio of apartment communities, ensuring they operate efficiently, meet performance targets, and meet deliverables for investors. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in a technical discipline of Finance or related fields, from a four-year college or university and four (4) or more years related experience and/or training;
• Seven years (7) or more experience in lieu of college degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience in housing development, business, finance, planning, or a related field, preferably for a non-profit, government agency or private financial institution.
• Must have a valid Oklahoma driver's license (must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Advanced degree preferred.
